One-on-one coaching

I offer one-on-one coaching face to face, by phone or Skype in 3, 6 or 10 session packages. One session lasts for one hour. Coaching is often most efficient when the sessions are held in 2 week intervals. However, we can always build a tailor-made package to suit your individual needs.

Coaching packages

Three session package is best for opening up a single challenge and finding fresh perspective. Do you have a challenge that you have been trying to solve for some time? Would it finally be a good time to get over it? Coach may help you to find a solution.

Six session package can be used for exploring your life and goals from a wider perspective. Maybe you already have some goals you would like to reach but getting there feels challenging. Would you like to find out what would increase your happiness in life? Do you know your values and strengths?

Ten session package is best when you would like to explore your life and goals from a deeper perspective and/or you are looking for sustainable positive change in your thinking, your habits and your actions. Questions like “What makes my life meaningful?” and “What are my life goals?”,  need longer lasting focus and therefore the ten session package is best.

How do we start?

Before we start the coaching process we will chat briefly over the phone or by e-mail about your goals and wishes.  We will also evaluate if coaching is the right approach in your situation. After that the first coaching session is held face to face. After the first session you are free to decide whether you would like to continue the process. If you wish not to continue, the first session is free of charge. This provides you a risk free way to start the coaching process.

What happens during the coaching process?

During the coaching process my role is to open up and expand your thinking and help you to set meaningful goals and to take smarter steps towards them. The process will deepen your awareness, reveal self-limiting beliefs and blind spots and energize you in achieving your goals! My approach is solutions-oriented, action-driven and self-directed. I trust you have your own answers and I create the opportunity for you to hear them.

During the process we will figure out where you are now, where you would like to be and how to get there. We don’t use much time on contemplating why things are like they are. Your commitment to the process is required to reach results.

Coaching relationship is a unique relationship and trust is very important. Therefore, in order to work coaching requires honesty and openness. And I want to emphasize that our coaching relationship is always fully confidential.

My coaching is based on the recent learnings of contemporary neuroscience and positive psychology and therefore, it has a strong scientific background.
